I’m a level 3 sports massage therapist working from Fire & Earth Elliott Court and I am very passionate about helping individuals feel better.
So often, our aches and pains can stop us from doing the things we love, and I want to help people get back to those things.
I believe massage's emotional and psychological benefits are equally as important as physical benefits.
So often, we forget that we must look after ourselves before we can look after others properly.
I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible in my spare time, whether hiking, cycling, climbing, or even throwing an axe or two!
