I am a graduate Sports Therapist working at Fire & Earth Elliott Court. I recently graduated from Coventry University in 2025 with first-class honours in Sports and Exercise Therapy. I was fortunate enough to gain some great experience both in clinic at the university and at Rugby Borough Women’s FC. 

Having grown up teaching and participating in sport, I have developed a passion for motivating and helping others to achieve their goals. I am a huge advocate of exercise and showing people how strong and robust our bodies really are! 

Whilst I’m not at Fire & Earth, you can find me working at Earlsdon RFC and continuing my studies in Coventry, completing my postgraduate degree in applied strength, conditioning and rehabilitation. I am also a taekwondo instructor, bodybuilder, and I have a crazy cockapoo called Bonnie!! 

I am eager to be able to help anyone who is dealing with an injury, is in need of some ‘hands on’ treatment or wants to improve their overall health, wellbeing or sporting performance. I am excited to meet you and look forward to supporting you with your sports therapy and sports massage needs!
