Amelia is a Sports Rehabilitation graduate with hands on experience supporting athletes and clients in physio clinics, gym, and sporting settings. She graduated from Liverpool Hope University, with a BSc(Hons) 

 

She has developed strong skills in assessment, sports massage, and tailored rehabilitation planning, working with people of all ages and abilities to help them move and feel better. Since qualifying Amelia has added Myofascial Dry Cupping to her skills , which is now available at  

Fire & Earth Elliott Court  

 

Amelia is passionate about helping others recover from injury, build confidence, and perform at their best, while making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. 

She is available for appointments on Monday and Tuesday evenings, and Fridays.
